"I.R.S." is the eleventh song on Guns N' Roses' 2008 album Chinese Democracy. It was notably the first song on the album to leak to the public.
Live[]
"I.R.S." made its live debut on May 12, 2006, at the first Hammerstein Ballroom concert in New York. It was part of the "second wave" of Chinese Democracy songs to debut, the others being "Better" and "There Was a Time". "I.R.S." has remained a concert staple since the 2006 tour.
