Gilbert "Gilby" Clarke is a former rhythm guitarist for Guns N' Roses, who joined the band in 1991 to replace original member and songwriter Izzy Stradlin. He appeared on one Guns N' Roses studio album, "The Spaghetti Incident?". After leaving the band, he forged a semi-successful solo career, including the founding of the band Rock Star: Supernova with Tommy Lee and Jason Newsted.
